The first part of your IET® journey begins with the IET® Basic class. In this class, you will learn about
- The history of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)®
- The Cellular Memory Map
- IET® Integration Points
- What the IET® session looks like
- Have practice time to do an IET® session
- Plus learn some more awesome IET® techniques
When you sign up for the class, you will receive
- A goodie bag that includes, but is not limited to, the IET® Basic Level Guide, a gift from your teacher, and a few other goodies
- Drinks (Tea and Water) and snacks
- Plenty of time for sharing and conversation

Reiki Level 1
The first step of your Reiki journey us the Reiki Level 1 Class. In the Reiki Level 1 class, you will learn about:
- The history of Reiki
- The hand positions
- What a Reiki session looks like
- Have practice time to give and receive a Reiki session
- Reiki self treatments
When you sign up for this class, you will receive
- A goodie bag that includes, but is not limited to, all class materials, a gift from your teacher, and a few other goodies
- Drinks (tea and water) and snacks
- Plenty of time for sharing and conversation
